PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic disulfide compound by which excellent performance for permanent wave can be achieved while odor of a reducer is decreased or eliminated, a composition which contains, for example, a dithiodiglycolic acid (DTDGA) to reform a keratin fiber, and preferably a cosmetic composition.SOLUTION: A composition to reform a keratin fiber, or preferably a hair comprises: (a) at least one kind of fatty substance preferably in the form of liquid at ambient temperature under atmospheric pressure (b) at least one kind of surfactant, or preferably at least one kind of nonionic surfactant and (c) at least one kind of organic disulfide compound, wherein amount of (a) the fatty substance is 30 mass% of total mass of the composition or more, or preferably 50 mass% or more.
