PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic which has moderate elongation and a comfortable feeling of use at the time of applying it on active parts such as a wide area of the face or the cheek, and is good at film forming, and has excellent makeup retention.SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic contains the following component (A)-(D): (A) (a1) 40 mass% or more to 60 mass% or less of a powder comprising titanium oxide based on the total amount of the cosmetic (a2) 0 mass% or more to 10 mass% or less of the content of spherical powder based on the total amount of the powder (B) film-forming ingredient (C) volatile oil agent D) 2 mass% or more to 12 mass% or less of ester oil which is liquid at 25°C and has a molecular weight from 500 to 1000.
