The mulberry extract is gained by extracting mulberry in water. The mulberry extract is gained by freeze-drying the mulberry after extracting the mulberry to 20Brix.본 발명은 오디 음료에 관한 것으로, 오디 추출물 20중량%, 유수 시트르산 0.28중량%, 액상 과당 13중량%, 사과 농축액 0.5중량%, 오디 향료 0.15중량%, 구연산나트륨 0.03중량%, 안식향산나트륨 0.05중량%, 포도 식초 1.0중량%, 정제수 64.99중량%로 이루어지는 오디 기능성 음료인 것을 특징으로 한다.이때 오디 추출물은, 오디에 10배 중량의 물을 가하여 75℃에서 추출한 후 20Brix로 농축한 다음 동결건조하여서 얻어질 수 있다. 또는 오디에 10배 중량의 70% 에틸알콜(ethyl alcohol)을 가한 후 상온에서 추출한 후 20Brix로 농축한 다음 동결건조하여서 얻어질 수 있다.
