The present invention relates to a marinating method for a chicken by traditional herbal medicinal soakage which comprises: 150g of refined salt, 20 liters of purified water, 100g of dulcis powder, 50g of cinnamon, 30g of ginger powder, 30g of ground pepper, 150g of white sugar, 100g of turmeric powder, 400g of minced garlic, 300g of onion, and 500 liters of distilled spirits.
