The present invention provides a chicken soup containing wild cultivated ginseng. In order to manufacture the chicken soup containing wild cultivated ginseng, a medicinal herb broth is produced; and the medicinal herb broth and a chicken are mixed and heated. The medicinal herb broth is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 5-15 parts by weight of the kalopanax, 4-7 parts of the milk vetch root, 4-7 parts by weight of the jujube, 3-5 parts by weight of Sasa borealis, 3-5 parts by weight of Zanthoxylum piperitum, and 1-3 parts by weight of the licorice with respect to 2 parts by weight of the wild cultivated ginseng so as to prepare a medicinal herb mixture; adding water of which the weight is 5-10 times as much as the total weight of the medicinal herb mixture; and then heating the medicinal herb mixture to which water is added.본 발명은 산양산삼에 엄나무, 황기, 대추, 조릿대, 산사, 제피 및 감초를 물에 넣고 가열하여 약재육수를 수득한 후, 상기 약재육수와 닭을 혼합하고 가열하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산양산삼 삼계탕의 제조방법을 개시한다.
