Specifically disclosed is a methodfor producing a poorly water-soluble organic compound particlefor medical use, which is characterized in that a poorlywater-soluble organic compound for medical use is mixed witha physiologically acceptable salt and a physiologicallyacceptable polyol, and subjected to wet milling. Alsospecifically disclosed is a poorly water-soluble organiccompound particle for medical use, which is produced by sucha production method.
