PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment material for relieving pain such as stiff shoulder, back pain, and elbow pain by a feeble current that further increases an effect of treating the pain such as stiff shoulder.SOLUTION: The treatment material formed by molding and calcinating tourmaline as a pyroelectric material is stuck to an affected part, when an ultra-feeble current is applied thereto, calcium ions are ingested in a cell, consequently mitochondria is activated to cause resynthesis of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) (an energy source in the cell) and protein, and a cell membrane is repaired.
