The invention relates to a method for preparing a granulated form of a composition containing at least (A) a sugar and (B) a compound that may consist of -NH2 amino acid. The method of the invention comprises using a solution of a binder (C) in an alcoholic solvent (D) and drying the same under a reduced pressure at a temperature not exceeding 47°C. The method prevents the degradation of the obtained granulated products due to the Maillard reaction.La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation dune forme granulée dune composition comprenant au moins (A) un sucre et (B) un composé comportant un groupe amino -NH2. Le procédé selon linvention comprend lutilisation dune solution de liant (C) dans un solvant alcoolique (D) et son séchage sous pression réduite à une température ne dépassant pas 47°C. Le procédé permet déviter la dégradation des produits granulés obtenus en raison de la réaction de Maillard.
