PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not a radiation image is imaged by oscillating an oscillation imaging grid for removing a scattered ray in an image analysis apparatus, method and program.SOLUTION: An image analysis apparatus comprises: a radiation image acquisition part 41 which acquires a radiation image obtained with radiography a dosage data acquisition part 42 which acquires dosage data indicating in a time-series manner, the dosage irradiated to a specific position within an imaging region corresponding to the radiation image in a specific period including the imaging period of the radiation image and a determination part 43 which determines whether or not the dosage data has the first characteristic indicating the change in the dosage due to the passage of a plurality of radiation absorption bodies and a radiation transmission body positioned between the adjacent radiation absorption bodies between the specific position and a radiation source used in the radiography, and determines that the radiation image corresponding to the dosage data determined to have the first characteristic is an oscillation grid-used image imaged by oscillating the oscillation imaging grid for removing the scattered ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
