PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis apparatus and method, and a program in which determination is made as to whether or not a rocking grid is rocked to eliminate scattered radiation when a radiographic image is captured.SOLUTION: The image analysis apparatus comprises: a radiographic image acquisition unit 41 for acquiring a radiographic image a dosage data acquisition unit 42 for acquiring dosage data representing chronologically the dosage applied to a specific site in an imaging area corresponding to the radiographic image in a specific period including the period of capturing the radiographic image and a determination unit 43 which determine whether or not the dosage data has a first feature representing a dosage variation caused when a plurality of radiation absorbing bodies and a radiation transmitting body disposed between adjacent radiation absorbing bodies pass between the specific site and a radiation source, and which determines whether the radiographic image corresponding to the dosage data determined to be lacking the first feature is a stationary-grid enabled image captured with the stationary grid applied and a stationary-grid disabled image captured without using the stationary grid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】画像解析装置、方法およびプログラムにおいて、放射線画像が散乱線を除去するための揺動撮影用グリッドを揺動させて撮影されたか否かを判別する。【解決手段】放射線画像を取得する放射線画像取得部41と、放射線画像の撮影期間を含む特定期間に放射線画像に対応する撮影領域内の特定位置に照射された放射線量を時系列に表す線量データを取得する線量データ取得部42と、線量データが、複数の放射線吸収体と、隣接する放射線吸収体の間に位置する放射線透過体とが特定位置と放射線撮影に用いられた放射線源との間を通過したことによる線量の変動を表す第1の特徴を有するか否かを判別し、第1の特徴を有さないと判別された線量データに対応する放射線画像を、静止撮影用グリッドを静止させて撮影した静止グリッド使用画像およびグリッドを用いないで撮影したグリッド不使用画像のいずれかであると判別する判別部43とを備える。【選択図】図3
