The present invention relates to a chocolate and dried persimmon wrap and a method of making the same. According to the method of the present invention, a walnut is wrapped around with a dried persimmon and cut in a uniform thickness showing the cross-section to produce a dried persimmon wrap, and the dried persimmon wrap is coated with chocolate and topped with cacao nips to form the shape of a chocolate-coated snack, which appeals to the appetite of both children and adults who are otherwise averse to the traditional Korean food and nuts. Accordingly, the chocolate and dried persimmon wrap produced above can be conveniently ingested by and provides nutrients to such children and adults, as well as gradually acclimate them to the taste of the traditional Korean food and nuts. Specifically, the method comprises: a step in which a dried persimmon is sliced on one side to remove the seed, and a walnut soaked in warm water and appropriately prepared is placed in the place from which the seed has been removed, firmly wrapped, and cut in an appropriate thickness showing the cross-section, to produce a dried persimmon wrap; a chocolate preparation step in which a solid dark chocolate is melted under frequent stirring to avoid burning by using a water bath or microwave, when about 70% of the chocolate has melted, the heat is removed or the chocolate is taken out of the microwave, and melted completely by stirring, and when the melted chocolate solidifies, a tampering operation is performed that forms the ideal beta state by adjusting the temperature according to the structure of cacao butter inside the chocolate prior to the operation, to prepare a chocolate; and a dipping and topping step in which a dipping process is performed where the dried persimmon wrap is dipped into and taken out of the chocolate prepared in the chocolate preparation step to form a chocolate coating on the dried persimmon wrap, and on top of the chocolate coating, cacao nips are placed and allowed
