The present invention relates to a lower body bathing fomentation device having heat treating, smoking, and steaming functions. More specifically, the lower body bathing fomentation device having heat treating, smoking, and steaming functions enables a user to take a lower body bath by selecting a mode from a wet mode and a dry mode and provides a sitz bathing function for preventing anal and urinary diseases. The lower body bathing fomentation device comprises: a body having an internal space where the lower body of the user can be disposed, including an open top, and consisting of both side surface plates, a rear surface plate, a front surface plate, and a bottom plate, wherein guide projections inwardly protruding in a particular length at the top ends of both side surface plates are formed, and a rotary door is installed on one of the side surface plates a first cover part having guide groove parts formed on both side surfaces thereof to be horizontally moved by being put on and coupled with the guide projections formed on both side surface plates of the body a second cover part formed on the top surface of the rear surface plate of the body and capable of being rotated to support the back of the user and cover the opened part of the body a chair and a control means installed at the top of the outer circumference of the other side surface plate having a rotary door installed thereon to control a steam means and a heating means. In the chair, a storing container for storing water is equipped in the internal space of the body, and the steam means for generating steam by being provided with and heating water from the storing container and a support part where the user can sit on are produced. The heating means for generating heat is installed at the bottom of the support part.
