PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health chair capable of more improving comfortable feeling.SOLUTION: The health chair includes a seat plate 1, a middle plate 2, and a bottom plate 3 piled up down. The seat and middle plates 1 and 2 have upper support bodies 5 to the bottom surface side. The middle and bottom plates 2 and 3 have lower support bodies 6 to the top surface side opposite to the upper support bodies 5. Guide grooves 7, 7 extended in any of back and forth and right and left directions are provided on the upper and lower support bodies 5 and 6 between the seat plate 1 and the middle plate 2, and guide grooves 7, 7 extended in a direction orthogonally crossing the former guide grooves 7, 7 are provided on the upper and lower support bodies 5 and 6 between the middle plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. Spherical bodies 9 slidably lie between both guide grooves 7, 7. To the bottom surface side, the bottom plate 1 and the middle plate 2 have upper regulation members 10 in an substantially L-shape with a dangling piece 10a and a horizontal piece 10b horizontally extended from the lower part of the dangling piece 10a.
