The drawing management part transmits the drawing data to a second terminal according to the request of the second terminal. A bit stream generating part(144) generates a bit stream which is generated by converting the feature of the data into digital data based on a standard diagnostic result. A diagnosis case offering part(145) offers the diagnosis case of the image data to the second terminal.
