PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a food product enhanced in richness, and a food product enhanced in richness and having high convenience.SOLUTION: Protein derived from a water insoluble aggregate obtained from sediment made by firing soy sauce is added to a food product so as to be 0.006-0.19%(w/w).
