The instant invention refers to a novel process for potentiating the production of substances with antifungal activity obtained from Ganoderma lucidum, using a technological device for the differential, qualitative and quantitative expression of proteins and other bioactive molecules, selected from the group consisting of polysaccharides, triterpenoids, fatty acids and ganoderic acids. The compositions containing said substances showed antifungal activity and mycelium growth and fungi ascospore germination inhibiting activity, amongst them Mycosphaerella fijiensis, primary pathogenic agent causing black Sigatoka disease in banana and plantain crop fields.La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé visant à potentialiser la production de substances possédant une activité antifongique issues de Ganoderma lucidum, au moyen d'un dispositif technologique permettant l'expression différentielle, qualitative et quantitative de protéines et d'autres molécules bioactives, sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué par les polysaccharides, les triterpénoïdes, les acides gras et les acides ganodériques. Les compositions renfermant ces substances présentent une activité antifongique et une activité inhibant la germination des ascospores et la croissance du mycélium, y compris Mycosphaerella fijiensis, un agent pathogène primaire à l'origine de la maladie de Sigatoka noire dans les cultures de bananiers et bananiers plantain.
