Claim 1: a bioactive fraction derived from Fruit, characterized in that the fraction is substantially free of Patulin and Protein.Claim 5: a composition comprising bioactive fraction of claim 1, wherein the composition is a product that is left in Place (on leave) selected from the group consisting of Plaster, gel, Cream, Lotion, Ointment, Liquid, spray Applicator And combinations thereof,Or a Cleaning Agent selected from the group consisting of Detergent for Hand Washing of dishes, Liquid Hand Soap, Bar Soap, shower gel, shampoo, General Purpose Cleaner, and combinations thereof.Claim 6: a method for Isolating bioactive fraction from Fruit Juice an apple (Pyrus malus), wherein Said method comprises providing Fresh Fruit of Apple (Pyrus malus); Fruit Processing under conditions effective to produce a fruit juice at Less substantially free of protein and Patulin.Understanding the processing of fresh fruit: (i) to separate the fresh fruit in the fruit juice enriched with fiber and an initial precipitate; and (ii) to submit the initial fruit juice to a pH Adjustment to produce a First Fruit Juice supernatant and a precipitate the said First; First Juice supernatant to a Treatment with microwave to produce fruit juice on a SecondEnadante and a Second precipitate and submit the second Fruit Juice supernatant to the steps of centrifugation and Filtration to produce a Third Fruit Juice supernatant and precipitate a Third, where the Third Fruit Juice supernatant is substantially free of Patulin and pro Tannin.Claim 8: a method for Isolating the bioactive fraction of the fruit from claim 1, characterized in that it comprises processing the Fruit to obtain Juice,And the said fruit juice to the following process Steps: (1) the said fruit juice to a destabilization of the Membrane fraction of producing Fruit Juice destabilized; (2) the said Fruit Juice destabilized a step of separation of a fraction of MEM Brana to produce a Membrane fraction and a Fruit Juice supernatantAnd (3
