PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point makeup cosmetic containing a pearly pigment or a lame agent, improved in the maintaining property of cosmetic setoff under high illumination.SOLUTION: This point makeup cosmetic is provided by incorporating (1) octocrylene and (2) the pearly pigment or lame agent. The pearly pigment or lame agent is preferably the small pieces of a laminated resin, and also is preferably colored by an organic pigment.
