Disclosed is a transdermal administration device, comprising a first top surface (1), which is provided with an outer annular wall (2) and an inner annular wall (3) at both sides thereof and fixedly connected to one side thereof, with the first top surface (1), the outer annular wall (2) and the inner annular wall (3) forming a first annular cavity (4) a first connecting pipe (5), one end of which is in communication with the first annular cavity (4) and the other end is in communication with a negative pressure source and a central annular cavity (6) for positioning a drug, comprising a first annular wall (7) and a second top surface (8), wherein the first annular wall (7) is connected to one end of the inner annular wall (3) through a first annular bottom surface (9) and the inner annular wall (3), the first annular bottom surface (9) and the first annular wall (7) form a first annular groove (10) with an opening in the direction of the first top surface (1). The transdermal administration device adapts to changes in curvature via the open and close of the upper end of the first annular groove (10), avoiding the problem of the second top surface (8) containing the first annular cavity (4), so that the device will not easily fall off when attached to an uneven part, which solves the problem that an application tray can easily fall off as the adsorption force generated by a negative pressure in an outer annular cavity weakens in the prior art.
