PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use only one sensor, and to provide comfortable environment by precisely grasping warm-cold sense of a person in the room.SOLUTION: A first parameter derivation section (28a) deviates a ratio between a low frequency component and a high frequency component (LF/HF) in a fluctuation in heartbeat intervals as a first parameter based on body motion of a person (E) in the room. A second parameter derivation section (28b) deviates one of the fluctuation in heartbeat intervals (CVRR), a breathing rate (RR), and a heart rate (HR) as a second parameter based on the body motion of the person (E) in the room.
