PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mind-body management system or the like capable of estimating whether or not a mind and body are in a state suitable for performing work properly. The present invention is a mental and physical management system including an estimation means for estimating the suitability of a mental and physical condition for work. Increase / decrease of the first index value (V1) that indicates the respiratory frequency, and the ratio of the low frequency component to the total of the high frequency component (HF) and the low frequency component (LF) of the heart rate variability obtained from the heartbeat information (LF / HF + LF). The estimation is made based on the increase / decrease of the second index value (V2). Assuming that the first index value is the center of gravity frequency (HFcentF) of the high frequency component, estimation based only on the heartbeat information becomes possible.
