PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for obtaining emotion information of a subject by estimating the emotion of the subject, without using an electroencephalograph to wear on the head.SOLUTION: An emotion estimation device 3 comprises: an electroencephalogram estimation unit which receives biological information other than the electroencephalogram of a subject 1 and estimates the electroencephalogram of the subject from the biological information on the basis of the correlation between the biological information and the electroencephalogram and a pattern identification unit which compares the electroencephalogram estimated by the electroencephalogram estimation unit with a feature pattern stored in association with the emotion and estimates the emotion of the subject.
