PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for saving water to be sprayed, a water-saving water spraying device, and a water-saving chemicals spraying device to save water for spraying, dilution water for diluting chemicals sprinkled, and reduces back and forth operation between a watering place for water supply and preparation of chemicals diluted solution and a spraying place. SOLUTION: In order to solve the subject, a method for saving water to be sprayed is made to include collecting the moisture included in the ambient atmosphere of water spraying and utilizing the collected water as the water to be sprayed. Also the water-saving water spraying device is constituted to includes: a moisture collection device collecting the moisture included in the ambient atmosphere of water spraying; a tank for storing the collected water collected by the moisture collection device; and a water-spraying nozzle for spraying the water stored in the tank. Further the water-saving water spraying device sprinkles the diluted chemicals in the spraying environment by the water sprinkling nozzle by including a chemical tank which stores the chemicals, and a dilution chemicals tank which stores the diluted chemicals which is carried out mixing and dilution of the collected water and the chemicals in the water-saving water spraying device.
