PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient receiving infusion to walk easily by enabling him or her to walk in a posture suitable for walking when he or she moves, and to secure safety while he or she is moving by preventing the inclination of a support pillar due to the unevenness of a floor surface.SOLUTION: A drip infusion stand provided with a support frame 1 in which a right and left pair of secondary wheels 3 and 3 are provided at the lower end, and a suspension part 2 is attached to the upper end, and an operation frame 4 in which a right and left pair of main wheels 6 and 6 are provided at the lower end, and a handle 5 is attached to the upper end, and which is swingably connected to the support frame by a connection shaft in a direction orthogonal to the frame shaft center travels in a state that the secondary wheels and the main wheels are in contact with the ground when the handle is pushed toward the support frame, and, when the handle is pulled in a direction away from the support frame, travels only by the main wheels in a state that the support frame is lifted through the connection shaft by the inclination of a line segment connecting the position of the shaft center of the connection shaft and the rotation center of the main wheels becoming small by the tilting of the operation frame, and the secondary wheels are lifted.
