PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dry powder and a liquid each including an antioxidant substance form a plant body while preventing deterioration and damage caused by heating.SOLUTION: The method for producing a dry powder and a liquid each including an antioxidant substance from a plant body has: a step of forming a plant body into a pasty one a step of quickly introducing the pasty plant body into a closed vessel a step of bringing the inside of the closed vessel into a vacuum state or a reduced pressure state and drying the pasty plant body introduced in the closed vessel while agitating the same under the temperature condition of 30-60°C to produce a dried powder and an evaporated gas and a step of cooling the gas produced in the previous step to produce moisture evaporated from the plant body as a liquid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、加熱による変質・毀損を防ぎながら、植物体から抗酸化物質を含む乾燥粉末と液体とを得る方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 植物体をペースト状にする工程と、当該ペースト状にした植物体を速やかに密閉容器内に投入する工程と、前記密閉容器内を真空状態又は減圧状態とし、前記密閉容器内に投入されたペースト状の植物体を、30℃~60℃の温度条件下で攪拌しながら乾燥させることによって、乾燥した粉末と蒸発した気体とを得る工程と、前記工程によって得られた気体を冷却することによって、植物体から蒸発した水分を液体として得る工程とを有している。【選択図】なし
