PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional electrostimulation walking assisting device for highly precisely estimating getting-out-of-floor timing without attaching a foot switch to the bottom of the foot and applying electrostimulation.SOLUTION: The functional electrostimulation walking assisting device includes a getting-out-of-floor timing detection means 1 for detecting getting-out-of-floor timing of an affected leg 10 and an electrostimulation giving means 2 for giving electrostimulation to the affected leg 10 on the basis of the signal of the getting-out of-floor timing from the getting-out-of-floor timing detection means 1.
