PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assisting apparatus which allows a user to carry out training appropriate for an activity state of daily life without special operations.SOLUTION: The exercise assisting apparatus comprises a detecting means 1 for detecting movements of a human body, a stimulating means 2 for giving dynamic stimulation to a specific part of the human body, and a wearing means for arranging the detecting means 1 and the stimulating means 2 on the human body. The detecting means 1 has an acceleration sensor 10 for detecting acceleration generated on the human body by the movement of the human body and a gyro sensor 11 for detecting an angular velocity resulting from posture change with a movement of the human body.
