Therefore, it is possible to irradiate the test object (18, 20) with a weak probe beam (14) of which the intensity is attenuated by the dispersive Fourier transform unit, generate an image merely by detecting the transmitted light (15) from the test object (18, 20), and yield high throughput of image generation in which the effect on the test object (18, 20) is suppressed.
