PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with an elevating/lowering device, which is configured to cause no uneasy feeling for a user when the user abruptly sits on one side of the upper frame and which facilitates cleaning under the bed during cleaning.SOLUTION: The bed 1 with an elevating/lowering device includes: a lower frame 2 a pair of driving side link mechanism 10 freely turnably connected to the lower frame 2 a driving side raising member 20 freely turnably connected to the driving side link mechanism 10 an actuator 5 freely turnably connected to the driving side raising member 20 and a pair of driven side link mechanism 50 freely turnably connected to the lower frame 2.
