PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article in which wearing feeling is good while a wearer is sitting, which can be used both for a male and a female and in which wasted liquid hardly leaks out.
SOLUTION: The disposable absorbent article includes an absorbent body 2 having a front face sheet 4, a rear face sheet 5, and an absorbent body 6 located between the front face sheet 4 and the rear face sheet 5. Further, an outer layer sheet 3 is arranged in the rear face side of the absorbent body 2. The outer layer sheet 3 includes an abdomen side part 11 located in the abdomen side of the wearer, a center part 12 located below the crotch of the wearer, and a back side part 13 located in the back side of the wearer. The absorbent body 6 includes an abdomen side absorbent part 21 located in the abdomen side of the wearer, a center absorbent part 22 located below the crotch of the wearer, and a back side absorbent part 23 located in the back side of the wearer. The length in the width direction of the back side absorbent part 23 is formed narrower than the distance of the ischial bones of the wearer.
