The present invention discloses a medicine for treating toothache and a method for manufacturing the same. The medicine for treating toothache contains: 15 to 25 parts by weight of Atractylodes lancea； 10 to 25 parts by weight of Ophiopogonis radix； 13 to 20 parts by weight of Capillary artemisia； 12 to 20 parts by weight of Angelica sinensis； and 5 to 15 parts by weight of white Radix ginseng.
