The present invention discloses a medicine for treating gout and a method for manufacturing the same. The medicine for treating gout contains: 5 to 15 parts by weight of Coptis chinensis； 10 to 15 parts by weight of Cortex Phellodendri； 13 to 20 parts by weight of Astragalus； 12 to 28 parts by weight of Angelica sinensis； and 5 to 12 parts by weight of Herba Pyrolae.
