Provided is a floating fish trap comprising: a lifting member which sinks beneath the water when the lifting member is thrown in the water and the water flows into the lifting member and floats on the water when the air is injected since having a cavity in order to guide the desired fishes in the water into a fishing net and gather the same, and primarily keep the fishes confined in bubbles to prevent the same from escaping, and then slowly float the fishes on water surface with the fishing net, thereby catching the same； a temporary capture member formed along the circumference of the lifting member and generating bubbles by discharging the injected air so as to trap the fishes； and a fishing net therein a bait net for luring the desired fishes at the lower part of the lifting member is prepared on the bottom surface. Accordingly, the present invention enables fish catching simply and conveniently without the complexity and hassle.수중에서 포획하고자 하는 어류를 어망으로 유도하여 집어한 상태에서 1차적으로 어류가 도망가지 않도록 기포로 가두어 논 후 어망과 함께 서서히 수표면으로 부유시켜 포획할 수 있도록 내부가 중공되어 수중으로 투척시 물이 유입됨으로 인해 수중으로 가라앉고 공기 주입시에는 부유되는 승강부재； 상기 승강부재의 둘레를 따라 형성되어 주입되는 공기가 배출되면서 기포를 발생시켜 집어된 어류를 가두는 가포획부재； 및 상기 승강부재의 하부에 포획하고자 하는 어류를 유인하기 위한 미끼망이 바닥면에 구비되어 집어된 어류를 포획하는 어망；을 포함하는 부유식 어류 포획장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 복잡하거나 번거로움 없이 간단하면 편리하게 어류를 포획할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
