The present invention relates to a floating material removing device capable of removing bubbles and various floating materials generated on the surface of water and, more specifically, to a floating material removing device capable of continuously and effectively removing bubbles and various floating materials generated on the surface of water by using the buoyancy of a buoyant tank and a difference in specific gravity between water and floating materials flowing into a separation unit. According to the present invention, the floating material removing device comprises: the buoyancy tank in which floating materials containing bubbles floating on the water surface flows together with water； a pump which provides a suction force for allowing the floating materials and the water to flow into the buoyancy tank； and the separation unit which separates the floating materials and the water flowing through the pump from each other.
