The utility model relates to the field of the fishing industry and is intended for lifting water from predetermined horizons of natural reservoirs (lakes and seas) in order to enrich the upper, active layer of water with biogenic elements, where primary production is formed, and can be used mainly in aquaculture farms and mariculture. In the claimed utility model, the lifting pipeline is made in the form of a tube-shaped chamber, the upper part of which is provided with a siphon, at least three outlet check valves are placed on the side surface of the middle part of the pipe-shaped chamber, and an inlet check valve is installed at the end of the lower part of the pipe-shaped chamber; below the inlet check valve, a hose is fixed to the desired deep water intake horizon; and the float element is rigidly attached to the bottom of the reservoir by an anchor. Moreover, in order to ensure high efficiency of the device, the length of the tube-shaped chamber is selected so that its upper part with a siphon is equal to its middle part with exhaust check valves placed on it and in total is equal to the average long-term maximum wave height known for the water area at the installation site . The float, fully immersed element is rigidly attached to the bottom of the reservoir with the help of an anchor cable and an anchor, so that after installing the device the cable ensures that the upper outlet check valve is not higher than the level of the water edge.
