A module for a hip implant comprises a spacer with a first connector element, designed for connecting the spacer to a neck part of the hip implant and a second connector element, designed for connecting the spacer to a shaft of the hip implant. The module further comprises at least one sleeve element, with a longitudinal drilling and which may be connected to the spacer such that the second connector element can pass through the longitudinal drilling. Alternatively the at least one sleeve element can also be mounted on the neck part of a hip implant, wherein the shaft may be introduced into a connector element on the neck part.
