PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated meat product having a fresh meat-like property even with a heating treatment.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a heated meat product for filling mannan in meat lump and then gelatinizing the same, and freezing and thawing the same to generate a fiber derived from konjak in the meat lump, and therefor capable of maintaining properties like fresh meat even with heating, a manufacturing method of yukhoe-like food and a manufacturing method of beef cutlet-like food.
