PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the excessive extension of a girth part at the time of mounting of a pants type disposable diaper.SOLUTION: The pants type disposable diaper 1 is equipped with the girth part 400 for covering the girth of a wearer and an intermediate part 402 for covering the crotch part of the wearer under the girth part 400. A pair of sheet joining parts 13, wherein an exterior sheet 4 is joined from a body part opening 11 to a pair of leg part openings 12 are joined, are provided on the front side of the front part 401 and intermediate part 402 of the girth part 400. In the pants type disposable diaper 1, a pair of the respective sheet joining parts 13 almost parallel in up and down directions are positioned in front of the most lateral positions 405 of the girth part 400. Therefore, the tensile strength in the up and down directions of the regions on the front sides of the front part 401 and intermediate part 402 of the girth part 400 becomes high and, when the front part 401 of the girth part 400 is pulled up at the time of wearing of the disposable diaper 1, the excessive extension in the up and down directions of the girth part 400 and the intermediate part 402 can be suppressed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】パンツタイプの使い捨ておむつの装着時に胴回り部の過剰な伸びを抑制する。【解決手段】パンツタイプの使い捨ておむつ1は、着用者の胴回りを覆う胴回り部400、および、胴回り部400の下方にて着用者の股間部を覆う中間部402を備える。胴回り部400の前方部401および中間部402の前側には、胴部開口11から一対の脚部開口12まで外装シート4が接合された一対のシート接合部13が設けられる。使い捨ておむつ1では、上下方向におよそ平行な一対のシート接合部13のそれぞれが、胴回り部400の最も側方の位置405よりも前方に位置する。このため、胴回り部400の前方部401および中間部402の前側の部位の上下方向への引張強度が高くなり、使い捨ておむつ1の装着時に胴回り部400の前方部401を引き上げる際に、胴回り部400および中間部402の上下方向への過剰な伸びを抑制することができる。【選択図】図4
