An assembly for replacing a vertebral disc. The assembly includes an implant and a device for positioning the implant between two adjacent vertebrae. The implant includes a body having an internal compartment enclosed by an outer wall, and a skeleton coupled to the body. The device includes a cannula, a container coupled to the cannula, the container having a first end and a second end, a plunger threadingly coupled to the cannula and to the first end of the container, and a conduit coupled to the second end of the container and in fluid communication with the body of the implant. The implant is positioned within the cannula in an undeployed state and is deployed within a vertebral disc to receive a biological fluid in a second state.La présente invention concerne un ensemble permettant de remplacer un disque vertébral. Lensemble comprend un implant et un dispositif permettant de positionner limplant entre deux vertèbres adjacentes. Limplant comprend un corps possédant un compartiment interne entouré par une paroi externe, et un squelette accouplé au corps. Le dispositif comprend une canule, un contenant accouplé à la canule, le contenant possédant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, un piston accouplé par filetage à la canule et à la première extrémité du contenant, et un conduit accouplé à la seconde extrémité du contenant et en communication fluidique avec le corps de limplant. Limplant est positionné à lintérieur de la canule dans un état non déployé et est déployé à lintérieur dun disque vertébral pour accueillir un fluide biologique dans un second état.
