The present invention relates to a process for preparing an inoculant microbial bio-preparation, based on micro-organisms useful for the crop plants and which is to be applied onto the seeds and/or the soil of the crop plants, consisting in preparing a volume of 10...20 l of solution to be applied, by dissolving, in water, at the environmental temperature, 0.3 g/l of saccharose, 0.5 g/l of KHPO, 0.2 g/l of MgSOx7HO, 0.1 g/l of NaCl, 0.1 g/l of yeast extract, 0.5 g/l of sodium glutamate and 0.2 g/l of KMoO, adding 200...250 ml of hydro-gellified culture medium comprising inoculant micro-organisms to 2...5 l of solution, mixing the suspension for 10...15 min, decanting the supernatant with the removal of the reminder of hydrogel, diluting the aqueous suspension of micro-organisms and applying it into the furrow simultaneously with the sowing.Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui biopreparat microbian inoculant, pe bază de microorganisme folositoare plantelor de cultură, şi care urmează a fi aplicate pe seminţele şi/sau solul plantelor de cultură, constând din realizarea unui volum de 10...20 l soluţie de aplicare prin dizolvarea, în apă la temperatura mediului ambiant, a 0,3 g/l zaharoză, 0,5 g/l KHPO, 0,2 g/l MgSOx7HO, 0,1 g/l NaCl, 0,1 g/l extract de drojdie, 0,5 g/l glutamat de sodiu şi 0,2 g/l KMoO, adăugarea a 200...250 ml mediu de cultură hidrogelifiat, conţinând microorganisme inoculante la 2...5 l de soluţie, amestecarea suspensiei timp de 10...15 min, decantarea supernatantului cu înlăturarea resturilor de hidrogel, diluarea suspensiei apoase de microorganisme, şi aplicarea în brazdă concomitent cu semănatul.
