The present invention relates to a purification method and a purification device for reusing salt water for salting cabbages. The method comprises the following steps: draining the salt water in a cabbage salting tank firstly filtering inert matters contained in the drained salt water heating the salt water precipitating coarse particles which were not removed in a first filtration step and particulate matters having a specific gravity greater than 1 removing fine particles which were not removed in the precipitation step through second filtration and performing electrolysis for sterilizing odor, color and microorganisms which were not removed in the second filtration step.
