PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine interest and concern about an object by obtaining emotions to the object to be visually recognized by a user as the primary emotion reaction and the secondary emotion reaction.

SOLUTION: An emotion analyzer 1 includes: a view point and pupil diameter analyzing part 11 for analyzing an eyeball image and calculating a view point and a pupil diameter a visual field video processing and face movement estimating part 12 for analyzing a visual field video and calculating a face movement and a primary and secondary emotion reaction analysis control part 13 for determining the primary emotion reaction in a phase 1 through the use of the view point, the pupil diameter, the face movement, and the visual field video, and determining the secondary emotion reaction in the phase 2 and the phase 3, which includes the determination of the movements of the view point and the face from the phase 1 to the phase 3. Thus, the object in which the user has interest and about which the user has concern is identified. The emotion analyzer 1 catches the primary emotion and the secondary emotion so as to determine presence/no presence of the interest and concern in/about the object.
