An embodiment of the present invention provides a soap composition including a micro-capsule in which carried are an aqueous polymer containing polyphenol as an active component, and a health functional additive. The micro-capsule includes: a core holding the aqueous polymer and the health functional additive and a shell supporting the core from the outside. The shell is formed by mixing a 2% (w/v) chitosan aqueous solution, a 2% (w/v) alginate aqueous solution and a 2% (w/v) gelatin aqueous solution at volume rate of 6:2:2, agitating the mixture at 5,000-15,000 rpm for 10 minutes by using a high speed agitator to make a mixed solution, aging the mixed solution at 4°C for 12 hours, freezing 5 ml of the mixed solution at -20°C and drying the mixed solution for three days by using a freezing drier, and the aqueous polymer is bound to nonenal and is precipitated. The present invention is able to remove the nonenal, which is an organic material causing the smell of old men.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비누 조성물은 폴리페놀을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 수용성 다중체 및 건강 기능성 첨가제가 담지된 마이크로 캡슐을 포함하고, 상기 마이크로 캡슐은, 상기 수용성 다중체 및 건강 기능성 첨가제가 수용되는 코어 및 상기 코어를 외부에서 지지하는 쉘을 포함하고, 상기 쉘은 2%(w/v) 키토산 수용액, 2%(w/v) 알지네이트 수용액, 그리고 2% (w/v)젤라틴 수용액을 6:2:2의 부피 비율로 혼합한 후 고속교반기를 사용하여 5,000~15,000rpm에서 10분간 교반하여 혼합 용액을 생성하고, 4℃에서 12시간 동안 숙성한 후 혼합 용액 5ml을 -20℃에서 냉동시킨 후 동결건조기를 사용하여 3일간 건조하여 형성되고, 상기 수용성 다중체는 노네랄(Nonenal)과 결합하여 침전한다.
