PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of collecting surely terminal breathing or proper breathing used for measurement from even an elderly and a weakened person.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a mouth piece a main pipe a first container a second container and a collecting bag. The mouth piece is coupled to the first container, and at a first branch point in a midway of the coupling pipe, the mouth piece is coupled to the main pipe in a branched state. The main pipe is connected from the first branch point to a first check valve, and a second branch point sequentially.
