PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating microscopic bubbles, which is compatible with both different flow rates of microscopic bubbles-containing water required for a bathing in the bathtub and a bathing with shower by the same device, and also reduces the price thereof.SOLUTION: The apparatus for generating microscopic bubbles, includes: a water storage tank 16 a third water-supply pipe 17 provided by branching out in the middle of a second water-supply pipe 8 a first flow passage switching valve 18 provided in the branching part a shower head 19 in which a second decompression unit 20 is built, and that is provided in an end of the third water-supply pipe a first return pipe 21 provided by branching out in the middle the third water-supply pipe and a flow ratio adjustment mechanism 22 provided in the branching part.
