PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end cap for a pipe which permits discharge of water within the pipe while the end cap is attached to the pipe.SOLUTION: A water channel 4 is formed in a cylinder portion 1B in the end cap 1 from the front end to the base end of the cylinder portion 1B, and a water running groove 5 is disposed on the rear surface 3 of a shielding portion 1A in the end cap 1 for connecting the water channel 4 to outside. When water penetrates into the pipe 10 when a wheelchair is washed, the pipe 10 is inclined to make water flow toward an opening of the pipe 10, or toward the end cap 1.
