<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor of an endothelial cell growth factor, causing little side effects and exhibiting effects on many cancer cells, and to provide an anticancer agent. <；P>；SOLUTION: The inhibitor of the endothelial cell growth factor and the anticancer agent include bovine apolipoprotein C-III, a new protein having homology therewith, or a partial polypeptide thereof as an active ingredient.
