Micropoint electron field pulsed generator/transmitter having micropoints cathode region intervals placed and grid biased only slightly below transmission voltage during electron stream off periods.
The micropoint electron pulse generator has a field emission cathode (1) with micropoints (6-11) emitting electrons. There is a grid (13) based positive (20) and an anode. The voltage bias (VGK) is set only slightly below the active bias voltage level during off periods, and a transmission voltage during on periods which is above the active voltage level, allowing electron stream transmission.
