PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that allows an arbitrary position selection operation to be performed in an observation visual field region by a hand that is performing a tilting operation while performing the tilting operation to an operation lever.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 10 includes an ophthalmologic body 12 opposed to an eye E to be examined； an operation lever 18 that is tilted for adjusting the position of the ophthalmologic body 12 with respect to the eye E to be examined； and an observation part (14 and 19) for observing the eye E to be examined.
