PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and an ophthalmologic apparatus system for changing an operation according to a fitting state of an operation unit to the ophthalmologic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus allows an operation unit to be attached thereto. The ophthalmologic apparatus comprises a measurement head, a user interface section and a control section. The measurement head executes optical measurement of an eye to be examined. The user interface section is used for performing an operation related to the optical measurement of the eye to be examined.
